Shipping Information

 At present  we only have the shipping options as "Quote Me" and "Pick up from Warehouse" as our automatic quotation and selection is still a work in progress. 

Please note that we do NOT offer Free Shipping unless confirmed by us in an email to you.

Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as freight/postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

To check shipping costs for your order, proceed to checkout and complete the checkout process up to but not including payment where the available shipping options and prices available to us will be displayed. Please note that shipping costs are subject to review and change prior to shipment. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.

Shipping costs are based on your address as entered in the checkout procedure. If your address is entered incorrect extra charges may be applicable to having to resend a shipment to the correct address.

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 72 hours of receiving it, but weekends and holidays may affect this.  We primarily use Australia Post and various Courier services and some orders may be shipped using a local courier, please choose from the available options as shown on the shipping page of the check out.

Shipping Outside Australia:

We only ship orders to addresses within Australia
Delivery of goods outside of Australia will only be facilitated when a freight forwarder is used and payment is made by Direct Deposit transfer. The following conditions are also applicable:
Orders shipping to freight forwarders must be placed over the phone and paid in full by direct Deposit transfer. We do not accept orders shipping to freight forwarders paid by credit card.
Christmas Shop Online is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery to the freight forwarder.
We reserve the right to refuse sale of any fragile items knowingly being exported.
Christmas Shop Online will provide a commercial invoice, but must not be listed as the Shipper or Exporter of Record on any export documentation.
